Hello Everyone,
I hope you are all happy and well!
This week has been super interesting, and really hard. Not like super super crazy hard, just physically draining. But, we have taught 15 lessons with members this week! That's so great! That's the most I've ever gotten! And it is super cool, because we had 5 investigators come to church! It was super super super fantastic because now they have friends at church, and they were super happy there. They all had a great experience. It's so cool to see what members working with us can do.
Me and my companion fasted for some new investigators and for more investigators to come to church. And, all the investigators we specifically named came! And we got 15 new investigators. We hit the standard for excellence in my zone, so we are getting a certificate. I thought that was pretty cool. I'm really excited for all of these new investigators, because they are all really interested, and super ready for the gospel!
We also decided to not come home until 9:00 everyday. Usually we used to come home around 8 because we don't really eat dinner until we get home. But, we decided to make the sacrifice and try to get in one more lesson everyday. It's really cool to see at how many super cool blessings come from not so big sacrifices.
We have a baptism scheduled for Oct.5, and two or three planned for the 12 of October. AND! Jason passed his interview!!! He also told his parents he was getting baptized, and now they are ok with it. That is also another answer to our prayers. He's really excited to get baptized and go on his mission next year! I'm so excited for him!
I am reading "Our Heritage" right now. It's about pioneers. I am so grateful for their courage and example of sacrifice. They went through SO many trials. Their trials make mine seem like little baby trials, but through all of that, most of them stayed faithful and kept pushing on.
I know that if we face the future with faith, and sacrifice the little things in our lives that aren't so great, the Lord will pour blessings upon us that will help us have happier, more righteous lives.
As always, thank you for all of your love and prayers!
Love forever,
Sister Bingham
